Proactive Management of Your Property
- Day in and day out, we’re onsite taking care of the property and doing preventative maintenance;
- We track tenant concerns and through our Point Man Service provide proactive maintenance support within 2 hours of receiving a call;
- At any given time, we can generate a report that lists tenant issues and indicates where we are in the process of resolving them;
- We know that small investments make a big difference to tenants… and subsequently to rental rates and occupancy. Tenants often say they want to locate in buildings managed by Colonnade;
- We can anticipate and deal with issues quickly and effectively;
- Over the years, we’ve developed strong relationships with our contractors that gives us a level of trust and confidence in their workmanship that we can pass on to you;
- We develop and implement green practices that help maintain a healthier lifestyle in the workplace, conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint; and
- Our health and safety committee undertakes periodic building inspections and makes relevant recommendations.
